Thai Traditional on Table (Deep Acupressure with Stretching)

Table-based session with assisted stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic pressure.

Traditional Thai Massage is ideal if you feel compressed, stiff, or stuck in habitual patterns of movement. Working on a massage table, your therapist uses their hands, elbows, and body weight to guide you through gentle stretches and targeted pressure points. Movements follow your breath and are always adjusted to your comfort level. Rather than forcing flexibility, the session invites space, alignment, and a renewed sense of ease in your body.

Myofascial Cupping

Gentle suction to lift tissue, release fascial tension, and improve circulation.

Myofascial cupping uses gentle suction to lift and decompress the layers of skin, fascia, and muscle. Instead of pressing down, cups create space, which can help release stubborn knots, improve blood flow, and ease restrictions in movement. Your therapist may glide or leave cups stationary, depending on what your body needs. Marks can appear, but pressure and intensity are always customized so the session feels therapeutic, not harsh.

Thai Stem Massage

Warm herbal compresses combined with Thai techniques to ease stiffness and fatigue.

Thai Stem massage blends herbal therapy with traditional Thai techniques, ideal when you feel stiff, swollen, or sluggish. Warm herbal compresses are pressed and rolled along muscles and energy lines, delivering heat and plant essences directly into tight areas. Questions Before You Book?

What should I wear for my massage?

For Traditional Thai Massage, we recommend loose, comfortable clothing that allows for movement. For oil-based treatments, you’ll be draped with linens at all times, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

Can you adjust the pressure during the session?

Absolutely. We expect to adjust pressure as we go. Your therapist will check in with you, and you’re always encouraged to speak up if you’d like more or less pressure.

Is Thai massage suitable if I’ve never tried it before?

Yes. Many guests are new to Thai massage. We’ll explain what to expect, move at a pace that feels manageable, and adapt techniques to suit your comfort and mobility.
